Amethyst Entertainment, Inc. licenses footage for professional use only (i.e., television, multi-media, advertising and new media). We provide clients with the necessary rights to use our footage in a specific production and only on a limited time basis. Rights are licensed for non-exclusive use as edited in one production. The licensed material may not be sold, rented or re-used in any production other than that specified in the License Agreement.

License Agreements provided by Amethyst Entertainment, Inc. clear only the rights to the footage. Talent clearances may be necessary.

The client/licensee assumes any and all other risks involved and is responsible for obtaining any additional rights and making any required payments to persons or entities therein. Music clearance may also be required.

Requests & Ordering Clips:

Upon receipt of your request you will be contacted to discuss your project. Upon agreement, we will provide a screening copy with time code for review or for the rough editing phase of your project. Master elements can be provided on BetaSP or Digibeta for High Definition and Apple ProRes Quicktime files for digital delivery. All master tapes are considered property of Amethyst Entertainment, Inc. and must be returned within 30 days of completion of the project unless otherwise specified in the official Licensing Agreement.

Fees:

Amethyst Entertainment, Inc. provides defining and exclusive images at a competitive rate. License fees for usage vary depening on the rights you require and based on the volume of footage used. We license in :30 second and 1:00 clips only. We request that clients pay the

full license fee prior to or upon receipt of the master material.
